Krishna Gandhi — Keeping the translator in the loop
Google Summer of Code 2026 student.
Machine translation gives you a draft in seconds, but every correction a volunteer translator makes is thrown away the moment they save. Krishna's project keeps them — distilling corrections into reusable rules (preferred terms, tone, names to leave untranslated) that feed the next translation, so it starts getting your community's terminology right. He'll run the whole loop live on a Joomla 6 site.

Adarsh Dubey — Making the Joomla backend more responsive

Adarsh's project brings declarative partial updates to the Joomla backend — refreshing just the part of the page that changed instead of reloading the whole thing, for a faster, smoother admin experience.
