#  WhatsApp Multi Agent

WhatsApp Multi Agent Joomla Module is a lightweight, easy to use WhatsApp chat widget that supports multiple phone numbers. It will display list of the support agents inside a floating box and allows your web visitor to begin a chat directly with them through WhatsApp app.

\- **Email Form Fallback**. Getting message from your customers even during your support agent’s offline hours. A mail contact form will be displayed when all agents are offline
\- Manage all of your customer service working shift by setting their working hour / duration.
